Discovering novel drug combinations to combat unmet medical needs

Combination therapies possess the potential to dramatically enhance treatment options for patients. However, identifying viable combinations has been serendipitous, at best. At Hunter, we advance such discovery by rapidly screening vast numbers of drug combinations on live cells using an ultra high throughput microfluidics technology. Synergistic drug pairs identified in our screening system are further validated and characterized with other modalities towards clinical development.
